Ministry Support

If you’re reading this page, it’s probably because I’ve already talked to you about my ministry plans for 2025 and beyond, and asked if you would consider financially supporting me in this work.

This page is a summary of the work I would like to do, and instructions on how you can support me financially.

Thank you for considering financially supporting my ministry and praying for its success.

My largest goal in ministry has been to help Christians to develop deep roots for their faith so that they can stand strong and take wise action in the secular climate that we find ourselves in, and ultimately be found pleasing and faithful to the Lord Jesus. The way I would like to answer God’s call to do this is through campus ministry with TSCF, and putting my skill as a researcher, writer, and teacher to work—in addition to my role as the Local Missions Pastor at LRBC.

  • I am currently stipended as the “Local Missions Pastor” for Lincoln Road Bible Chapel for 10 hrs/week, with a focus on local university ministry with the Tertiary Student Christian Fellowship & local online evangelism with my website www.TakeAnotherLook.nz.
  • My aim is to raise financial support to expand this to 20-30 hrs/week. This will allow me to:
  • Increase my involvement with TSCF in Auckland.  
  • Develop a teaching & writing ministry through other organisations.
  • I will be accountable primarily to LRBC (also TSCF). Further support will be administered by the church by increasing my paid ministry hours.
  • Your financial support will be welcomed if you are able and willing!
    • Seeking (preferably) regular donations. I’m suggesting $10-$20/week, but less or more than that is certainly welcome, as are one-off donations.
    • I’ll share quarterly email updates and would like to reconnect from time to time to share successes, challenges, and prayer requests. You can be on the list without sponsorship!
    • Support to be paid to LRBC and tagged with my name; this is tax deductible at tax return time.

Please reference “C Northcott” on transactions, and email your name to the church office (admin@lincolnrd.org.nz) so that you can be emailed a tax receipt at the end of the financial year.
